Harvest of the Month for Early Care

These early care versions were piloted in early care settings in Minnesota, and are designed for early care audiences of all ages. They include an Activity Plan, Fact Sheet, and Recipe for each of 8 specialty crop resources. There is also a coloring page for each item, and a few additional items (like the apple star story). We hope to be able to update and expand these resources in the future, and would welcome your feedback! Email hello@farmtoearlycaremn.org with suggestions, feedback etc.
